Over the last few months I have had opportunity to reflect on what and who The Fit Collective is and where we want to go 2019 and beyond.
Watching the gym grow over the last 2 years (and be that person driving that growth) I am incredibly proud of everything we have achieved and what we continue to achieve. Our community is filled with strong, encouraging, positive individuals and I feel so lucky to be a part of that everyday. We welcome everyone but we are not for everyone.
What do I mean by this?
The Fit Co expects a lot from our clients but likewise as coaches we deliver on that too.
We don’t expect perfection but a willingness to try.
We are a community full of incredible humans. If being part of a team isn’t your thing, we may not be the right fit for you.
The Fit Co has faces behind it, you meet the owner, the coaches, the team that has helped build what it is today.
Training and reaching goals does take some sacrifice and we all have your back but if you aren’t willing to put in the work, you simply won’t achieve your goal.
We work on technique, recovery, activation and mobilisation as much as the heavy lifts because this is what allows you to progress and continue training long term.
We love to keep up on social media but our business is in the gym. So if we are a little quiet on the socials it’s because we are working with clients in the gym or behind the scenes.
We may not be the cheapest gym in Adelaide (nor are we the most expensive) but we aim to deliver a high quality service by keeping group sessions small and focused. Of course affordability is important but when you are considering joining a gym but another important consideration is value.
Leaping into 2019, The Fit Co has some big plans as we develop and grow. We hope you join us along for the ride but no hard feelings if we aren't what you are looking for.
Know who you are, what makes you happy and where you are going … then pursue that every single day.
